"I hear a lot of whining and moaning here and there about how bad it is over  here. But I notice it is always from people who are totally incompetent and  who depend for their communication line on their imagination and with as  little recourse to fact as possible."                                         -L. Ron Hubbard, 1955

Degree of Criticism

“Anytime you start a forward motion in a society, you generally measure your advance by the degree of criticism. Oddly enough, that’s the safe way to do it.

“If nobody is criticizing you anyplace, one of two things is true: either you and your service activities are perfect or you are not getting anywhere at all.

“That’s something to remember when you say, ‘Why are they so upset?’ Oh man, if they don’t get upset, I’ve had it! Get the idea?”
